HPLC Pump Spares: Keep Your System Running Without Breaking the Budget

Your HPLC pump is the heart of your system. When it fails, everything stops. The good news? Most pump failures come down to a handful of wear parts that are cheap to replace if you're not overpaying for OEM.

The parts that keep your pump alive:

Piston seals are the number one consumable in any HPLC pump. They wear gradually, and by the time you see baseline noise or pressure fluctuations, you're already overdue for a change. Our Certus piston seals for Agilent 1050, 1100, 1200, 1220, and 1260 series systems (CD-0905-1503) are manufactured to identical specifications as the OEM, often by the same factory, at a fraction of the cost.

Running a 1290 Infinity? We stock dedicated PE piston seals (CD-0905-1719) designed for the higher pressures of UHPLC operation.

Check valves are the second most common failure point. A sticking or leaking check valve shows up as pressure ripple, retention time drift, or outright pump failure. We carry inlet and outlet check valve cartridges for all major Agilent, Waters, and Shimadzu pump models.

Seal wash components dramatically extend the life of your piston seals, especially when running high-salt buffers or aggressive mobile phases. Our Waters UHPLC seal wash housings and Agilent seal wash kits keep corrosive solvents away from your pump internals.

Solvent inlet filters and frits are the parts most labs forget about. A blocked inlet frit starves your pump of solvent, causing cavitation, pressure drops, and premature seal wear. Replace them every 3-6 months as part of routine PM.

We also stock peristaltic pump cartridges for Agilent and Thermo/Dionex Ultimate 3000 systems, complete pump head rebuild kits for Waters ACQUITY I-Class, and piston rods for systems where seal replacement alone isn't solving the problem.

Why Certus?

Every Certus pump spare is 100% compatible with your instrument. We source from the same manufacturers that supply the OEMs, put them through rigorous QC, and pass the savings directly to your lab. High-quality consumables making your lab budget go further.
