Unlike an obvious pump failure, a worn rotor seal or damaged needle gradually degrades your data quality. On a busy system running 50+ injections per day, that's thousands of high-pressure seal/unseal cycles per month. Certus rotor seals for Agilent 1100, 1200, 1260, and 1290 autosamplers deliver the same sealing performance and lifetime as OEM parts. ### Needle assemblies and seats A scored or bent needle causes carryover between injections. A worn needle seat leaks. Together, they cause most autosampler-related chromatographic problems. Our needle carrier assemblies for Agilent 1260 and 1290 Infinity G1367 series high-performance autosamplers are precision-manufactured drop-in replacements. ### Piston seals for metering devices Your autosampler's metering device has its own piston seal, separate from your pump. The Certus 40µL piston seal fits Agilent G7129B, G4226A, and G7167B autosamplers and should be part of every preventative maintenance cycle. ### Sample loops Stainless steel sample loops fatigue over time, particularly under UHPLC pressures.
